Paper Chains
Craftopoly.com

A paper chain is made from many strips of construction paper. Strips could be marked off on paper with pencil and ruler. Make them about  half inch wide and three (3) inches long. After you have cut out about twenty-five (25) strips, make loops by pasting them together, end to end. Hook each loop through the next one until you have a chain long enough for a neck lace. The chain will be especially attractive if you make the links out of many different colors.
